Dr. Shaleen Raizada, MD and CEO of Sanshadow Consultants Pvt. Ltd., is a Ph.D in Physics from National Physical Laboratory (NPL) New Delhi. She started her career as a Senior Scientific Officer at TIFAC, Department of Science and technology (DST). She set up IP Departments in various industries like Samtel Group of Companies and Sun Pharma and looked after the IPR of all the group companies. Having dabbled with IPR for over 16 years, Dr. Shaleen Raizada realized there was scope for a service that would bridge the gap between technical and legal side of patent issues. She thus started her own consultancy firm Sanshadow Consultants Pvt. Ltd. to deal with IPR exclusively.

Sanshadow developed into Sanshadow Consultants Pvt. Ltd. on 27th August 2004 and got funded in 2006. She has created portfolios and given strategic input to clients like IIT Kanpur, IIT Roorkee, Amity University, ABB, Havells India Ltd., Su-Kam Power Systems, Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and National Petroleum Management Programme/PCRA.
