Ltd. is an Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) consultancy services company that aims to set benchmarks in the Intellectual Property services sector by raising the level of awareness within India and providing international expertise at extremely competitive Indian rates. It was incorporated as a private limited company in India on 27^th August, 2004. It is headed by Dr. Shaleen Raizada who has been associated with Intellectual Property in India since 1995 when India signed the WTO. Her experience includes government and private ventures. Sanshadow was funded by the Indian Angel Network in 2006. Sanshadow’s main delivery office is at Indirapuram and a representative office in South Delhi.

Sanshadow provides a whole range of quality IP services at extremely competitive Indian rates. Sanshadow Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is neither a KPO nor a lawyers’ group. Supported by highly technically qualified Indian women, technological expertise is Sanshadow’s strength. Providing consultancy on a case to case basis, it also deputes consultants onsite depending upon the clients’ requirements.

Sanshadow is able to intervene in the R&D process and interact closely with the inventor/ scientist of the client company to:

1. Identify patentable technologies with emphasis on technologies suitable for India.
2. Provide advice on how best to modify new technologies so that they become patentable and commercially viable in India.
3. Provide technical support for patent work-arounds and revocation to companies under infringement threat based on old databases, books etc. available in ancient India in addition to other sources.
4. Provide strategic input on how to best monetize IP/ technology in india.
